Green Eggs Café

This lawsuit sought to recover unpaid wages for Green Eggs Café employees who were not paid even the sub-minimum wage allowed for tipped workers. The lawsuit alleged that Green Eggs Café operated an all-cash business that violated federal and Pennsylvania wage law by failing to pay their front-of-house staff any wages whatsoever.

The lawsuit was successfully resolved with 140 class members sharing in the settlement amount.
