Michael J. DelTergo


Michael DelTergo represents various multiemployer welfare and pension benefit plans and their trustees in all aspects of ERISA plan design, compliance and general tax issues. Michael also handles litigation on behalf of benefit plans and sponsoring entities before federal courts and state agencies. Michael has practiced employee benefits and tax law since 2006 and, in that time, has authored articles on banking law, tax law and ERISA matters and has conducted webinars on ERISA and tax law compliance.

Prior to 2006, Michael worked as an associate in the bank regulation practice for a prestigious Washington, D.C. law firm and served as a judicial law clerk for two federal court judges. When not in the office, Michael enjoys skiing, tennis, biking, SCUBA diving and spending time with his children.
